| Don't forget, when you need to know something about the ML10 laser system or QC10 ballbar, the CD-ROM based user guide is a great source of information. We highly recommend checking the user guide first, before asking questions in these forums or calling Renishaw for help. If you use Ballbar 5 software, the user guide is installed onto your hard disc automatically during the main software installation. To access it, simply click the "Help" button or any one of the report headings (e.g. Servo Mismatch) in Ballbar 5's report screens. For Laser10 users, the user guide is installed from a sperate CD-ROM and accessed via the help icon in the Laser10 program group, or by clicking on the "Help" menu. If the User Guide has not been installed and you cannot find the CD-ROM, simply contact Renishaw and order a copy, free of charge! (Part number: A-8003-5100)
